Sirena on the wave!

We are delighted to learn that "Sirena," the first feature documentary by Charlotte Jean and Quentin Molinié, is among the winners of the Gsara production workshop (https://gsara.be/). The film, produced by Grizzly Films, will therefore enter post-production this fall.
Synopsis:
In the Peruvian Amazon, in the village where my mother was born, a mystery has captivated me
since childhood. On the banks of the turbulent river, deep within the blue lagoon, lives "la Sirena",
a hybrid and enchanting creature. Between reality and the fantastical, my mother, the villagers,
and the Indigenous leader Marisol guide me in the footsteps of a myth that renews our
relationship with the living world. To get closer to it, I’ll have to turn all my beliefs upside down.
